Off Road Legends Game Review: Time to Tear up the Dirt

As the name of the game suggests, their will be no road driving. Nope you will be pretty much tearing it up over hills of all different shapes and sizes. Some of them will be just be a little bumpy, but others will be as steep as a roller coaster. Its a fun driving game that you put your reflexes to the test. Its not just the hills that you need to worry about as there are lava pits and dead ends to watch out for. Sure this may not be the most original game in the world, but its still fun.

You have four different types of off road vehicles to choose from. Each one has its own strengths and weaknesses for you to worry about. You can have a monster truck which is the all round best purposed vehicle . Trucks may be on the slow side, but these beasts can take a heck of a lot of punishment. The 4×4 may be light, but they are the fastest out of the bunch. And then we have the “funny” cars which are what the names says funny.

Game play is simple but fun. You need to get to the end of the track before the time runs out. The faster that you do it the more you score, and the more chance you have of winning one of the cups. Its not all just races though as sometimes you will need to carry out a task like getting cargo to the end of the track without causing damage. The vehicles have energy bars so you have to decide if you want to risk going all out for speed or if you are going to play it safe.

In summary, Off Road Legends in a fantastic pick up and play game that will provide you with hours of entertainment. What it lacks in originality it certainly makes up for in fun.
